Where Should You Live in Florida?

Florida is more than a vacation location that is enjoyed by families around the world; it is also an excellent place to live as well. Many people choose to retire to Florida when they reach their senior years but when you are younger, it has much to offer. The following are some of the top locations to reside in Florida and what they have the offer.

North Florida – The area of North Florida and the Panhandle has much to offer for those who want to move to a warmer climate but don’t necessarily want the blistering hot summers. The Panhandle area of Florida is beautiful and there are plenty of smaller communities to put down roots.

Orlando – If you want in the center of a fast-growing area with plenty to offer, it would be difficult to top the Orlando area. This is an excellent choice for younger individuals as well as older people who want a little bit of action and access to plenty of amenities. Due to the proximity of Walt Disney World and many other tourist attractions, it can get congested but that may also be to your benefit as well.

Central Florida – There are plenty of options for small town living in Central Florida. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the East Coast yet close enough to West Coast living that makes it just right. There are also areas of horse country and rolling hills in Central Florida, which may seem unusual to many individuals. Central Florida offers much to its residents, including a blistering hot summer with little breeze to cool things down.

The Treasure Coast – If you want the ultimate in Florida living, the Southeast coast from West Palm Beach down to Fort Lauderdale and extending beyond Miami may just be what you desire. You can choose a large metropolitan area to put down roots or you may want to choose one of the smaller cities, such as Boynton Beach, Delray Beach or Boca Raton.

The Keys – If you want a relaxed way of life and would like to slow things down, the keys may be just what you desire. You might be separated from the rest of the world, but the paradise conditions make it well worth it.

These are just a few options for Florida living, but they are worthy of your consideration. One thing is certain, when you decide to make Florida your home, you will be surrounded by something beautiful.
